Benchmarking and Performance

The Scottish Government introduced The Scottish Social Housing Charter on 1 April 2012 with a view to improving the quality and value of the services that social landlords provide.  Wishaw and District Housing Association is required to report on performance against the Charter each year.

The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)
