Legal Action and Eviction

Wishaw and District Housing Association views taking legal action against any residents as the very last resort and will only consider this course of action after trying every other suitable and reasonable approach to resolving the problem, whether it is debts or anti social behaviour.

However, sadly there are occasions when we are left with no choice but to resort to the courts to help.
